October Update

I am delighted to share some wonderful news about the K1 student's progress in our K1 Dora class! Over the past few weeks, I have noticed significant improvements in their willingness to speak and use the English vocabulary they have learned. It’s truly a joy to see them express themselves with confidence and enthusiasm. In addition to their growing language skills, the children are actively participating in classroom activities, especially enjoying the songs and chants we practice. Many of them have been dancing and singing along to their favorite songs, making our lessons even more lively and enjoyable. I encourage you to talk to your child about what they learned each day by asking; what colors did you learn, what is your favorite color?  Can you find something in the room or house that is red, yellow, green, or blue? What numbers did you learn, can you count to 5 for me?  Ask them about the songs, the vocabulary, or even their favorite parts of the lessons. This will help reinf

Dear Parents, This week in our K1 Dora class, we are excited to begin Unit 4, where we will be focusing on colors . Our primary colors of focus for the week are red, blue, yellow, and green . We have planned a variety of fun and engaging activities to help the children learn and recognize these colors. In the classroom, we will be using items and manipulatives to classify colors into groups, and the children will practice matching objects with color flashcards. These hands-on activities will support their understanding of each color while encouraging them to explore and discover. We will also be singing songs and chanting to make learning more interactive and enjoyable. These songs are a wonderful way to heighten language skills and increase color awareness while having fun. As always, your support at home can further enhance their learning. We encourage you to point out these colors in everyday surroundings and ask your child to name them.  Dear Parents of K1 Dora,  I would like to take a moment to share a brief update on our recent class activities and your children's progress in Unit 2: Family . The children have been actively participating in our lessons, where we focus on learning the names of family members, such as "mommy," "daddy," "brother,"  and "sister"  we added  "baby" to the vocabulary; as some of our classmates have recently added a new member to their family unit. One of the highlights of our class has been the chants and songs we sing about family, which the children absolutely love. It’s wonderful to see them speaking aloud with confidence and pride as they sing along and practice their vocabulary. I am incredibly impressed by their enthusiasm and the growth they have shown in both their academic skills and their ability to express themselves in English. Their confidence continues to shine through, and I can see that they are developing a strong foun
